You Are Only as Reliable as the Agencies Behind You
When an overseas employer hires workers through any channel, they are placing significant trust, legally, operationally, and ethically, in the agencies that source, screen, and deploy those workers. A non-licensed agency, or one that charges workers illegal fees, is a liability that lands on the employer's doorstep.
That is why compliance sits at the centre of how Manpower Export curates its network. Every partner agency we work with must hold valid authorization from Bangladesh's Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment (BMET) and comply with BAIRA's industry code of conduct. We do not make exceptions.
- All partner agencies are BMET-authorized for overseas recruitment
- BAIRA membership required; industry code of conduct enforced
- Zero-fee-to-workers policy across the entire network
- ILO fair-recruitment principles applied at every stage
- Regular review of partner agencies against compliance criteria
