The End-to-End Recruitment Process

Once we match you to the right licensed agency, this is the streamlined journey they follow, with Manpower Export overseeing every stage as your single point of contact. For background on how recruiting manpower in Bangladesh is regulated, read our employer guide.

Phase 01

Key Compliance Documents for International Manpower Recruitment

This initial phase establishes the legal and formal agreements between the employer and the recruitment agency.

Step 01

Demand Letter Verification

The process begins when the employer provides official demand letters outlining the job categories, candidate quantities, salary structures and terms of employment, which are then verified for processing.

Step 02

Power of Attorney Registration

The employer registers a Power of Attorney (PoA), legally authorising the matched, government-licensed agency to act as their official recruitment agent.

Step 03

Employment Contract Attestation

The employer drafts and signs the official employment contracts stipulating standard terms, wages and benefits, officially verified and attested by the respective embassy.

Phase 02

Elite Talent Sourcing & Selection

With the legal framework in place, the agency finds and vets the right candidates.

Step 04

Advertising & Sourcing Pool

The agency launches targeted advertising campaigns across multiple channels and searches recruitment databases to build a pool of skilled candidates.

Step 05

Trade Testing & Evaluation

Candidates undergo practical trade tests and interviews at an ISO-certified testing centre to strictly verify their skill sets.

Step 06

Shortlisting & Client Selection

Profiles of the most qualified candidates who passed evaluation are compiled and presented to the employer for final review and selection.

Phase 03

Compliance, Medicals & Visa Stamping

After selection, the process ensures candidates meet all health and international travel requirements.

Step 07

GAMCA Medical Clearance

Selected candidates undergo an accredited medical examination at a GHC (Gulf Health Council) approved centre to certify their physical fitness for the role.

Step 08

Embassy Document Attestation

All necessary documents for the selected candidates, including police clearances, are submitted to the respective foreign embassy for official attestation.

Step 09

Embassy Visa Stamping

Once all documents are cleared, the foreign embassy officially stamps the employment visa onto the candidate's passport.

Phase 04

Regulatory Clearance & Deployment

The final phase covers the candidate's exit from Bangladesh and their successful integration abroad.

Step 10

BMET Smart Card Clearance

Candidates receive government emigration clearance from Bangladesh, culminating in a Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET) Smart Card certifying that their emigration is legally authorised.

Step 11

Pre-Departure Briefing & Flight

Candidates are given an accredited pre-departure orientation, while flight booking, transit coordination and departure management are handled on their behalf.

Step 12

Post-Arrival Feedback & Support

The service doesn't end at departure; deployment management, transit reception, a corporate feedback loop and monitoring ensure the candidate settles in, with Manpower Export remaining your single point of contact.
