Hiring Bangladeshi Workers for Malaysia
Bangladesh is one of the leading sources of overseas workers deployed to Malaysia, with workers employed across manufacturing, construction, plantation, retail, and cleaning services. Malaysia is the largest Southeast Asian destination for Bangladeshi workers, with the workforce concentrated in manufacturing, plantation, construction, and services sectors. Malaysia's Foreign Workers Centralised Management System (FWCMS) requires all placements to be processed through registered agents on both sides, making proper documentation essential from the outset.
