Hiring Bangladeshi Workers for Qatar
Bangladesh is one of the leading sources of overseas workers deployed to Qatar, with workers employed across construction, cleaning, hospitality, security, and facilities services. Qatar hosts one of the highest concentrations of Bangladeshi workers in the Gulf, particularly in construction, hospitality, and facilities services. Qatar's labour law reforms since 2020 — including the abolition of exit permit requirements and introduction of a minimum wage — have improved conditions for migrant workers. Ongoing major infrastructure development continues to sustain strong demand.
