About These Documents
Demand LetterThe Demand Letter must be authenticated by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then attested at the Bangladesh embassy in Riyadh before BMET will process emigration clearance.
Employment ContractThe Employment Contract must be bilingual (Arabic and English or Bangla) and attested by the relevant embassy. Under Saudi Labour Law, it must clearly state salary, accommodation, working hours, and annual leave entitlement.
Power of AttorneyThe Power of Attorney authorises the licensed Bangladeshi recruitment agency to act on behalf of the Saudi employer for BMET registration, emigration clearance, and police clearance processing.
